Yup, they are "Campers", and in many States the Troopers will pull you over and issue a big ticket. The nice ones usually give a warning but not all. Very dangerous to "camp" like that in the left lane. Some States have minimum speed limits as well and they enforce them which they should on the Interstates as well as many "highways" and "freeways". Cheers and great comment.
@wholespeed29 күн бұрын
If somebody doesn’t move back in the right lane after passing and a faster moving vehicle is approaching them. The vehicle moving faster will most likely go into the right lane (slower traffic) to pass. That can result in a deadly accident and or road rage. The most dangerous thing you can do in a car is drive drunk, the second most dangerous thing is having piss poor lane discipline. These type of drivers cause more accidents each year and police officers should ticket the person camping and not the person speeding. Speed doesn’t kill…idiots that don’t know the rules of the road do. I swear the worst offenders think it’s entitlement, and they don’t need to move over. It’s sickening.

@@matthewcaughey8898 PS: I know that I saw Jacob Byrd in a "MFP" pursuit special so to speak as you mentioned Mad Max 1. The interesting thing was that his car did not have a limiter/governor on it. It was a few years ago now but I think he hit something like 187 MPH and not downhill! It was surreal. The other thing about Jacob Byrd is that I believe that he was also an active member in the US military at that point in time while also serving with the ASP. Just unbelievable, the skill set it takes. To be calm and collected at that speed also having to deal with the dregs of society (most of the time). I also saw a few presentations when he literally saved folks lives. In one, there was a gent who almost froze to death in his car stranded beside a lonely road. Byrd arranged for safe transport of the gent to a motel/hotel and also made sure he had a room so that he was safe!!! Just fantastic. Take good care out there, if you dare go anywhere in the "wasteland". And of course, beware the Humongous from Mad Max II! We all know that he is waiting.... 😄 Either that or the Night Rider will make a return! Cheers!

Good example of excellent situational awareness by Trooper Cash threading his way thru traffic, even with the ID-10Ts in the left lane not paying attention. Mustang's fatal move was passing the truck on the right - he never saw the patrol car in his blind spot as he pulled back into a lane after being on the shoulder - surprise, surprise!! Also, kudos to the truck driver for being alert - at 6:08 you can see the brake lights on his trailer - he was already slowing down before the PIT took place. No consideration how dangerous doing that pit maneuver is in front of a semi truck. If either car stops suddenly or spins out in front of that truck and it's loaded heavy then the ones in cars will be leaving in body bags. I had a van spin out on ice and go in front of my truck with an empty trailer and pushed the passenger side of the van all the way over to the drivers side. The driver was airlifted out and barely lived. My truck had a bent bumper, front axle, busted hood radiator, and I didn't feel hardly a thing. It was like I rolled over a speed bump
