Can I capture and model a whole house with the meta quest 3 using the room capture. And approx how many triangles say per 100m2

There are some limitations to consider with the room capture, we would recommend trying a capture and then editing the final result for that room. Most of the time the room capture will work well in a single room, but it's probably not ideal for moving from room to room and running the capture command. You can also consider using something like Polycam to scan your home and import it into Arkio 💡 We've built Arkio to handle some heavy loads of triangles, so throw as much as you can at it ⚖️

hi 👋sorry for the late response ⌛but hopefully we can still help! The room import feature is a bit tricky and tends to be a hit or miss with most of our users. When you start the room import command it should create switch your view to passthrough and create a wireframe of your space that is interactable. This is not what you see, correct? Be careful of the space you're trying to scan as well, the complexity and depth is very limited within the hardware atm
