@Dreamy Your info on Amiya skill 2 is incorrect in this video. She does magic damage, so she is not weakened by having a multi-hit skill, because resistance is a percentage reduction, not flat reduction. Also, she does not synergize with Sora particularly well because of skill 2 because being she does not increase damage per hit, she just increases your base attack. Defense debuffs (like Meteorite skill 2) are skills that synergize with high hit counts, because defense is a flat reduction per hit for physical damage. Sora is good with characters that have low base attack, not necessarily multi-hits. But single target casters and snipers have low base attack, so she's good with Amiya anyway. Normally the information in your videos is quite good, so I was surprised you had this inaccuracy.

I really appreciate this format you use, unlike the recent trend of youtubers with their 2 minute intros 2 minute outros 5 minutes of crap and 10 seconds of information; in all likelihood, trying to fluff their viewer hours with their verbal vomit. Furthermore, the editing is great, the video is sensibly ordered, and you even have timestamps! Its like how in FGO Mashu was pretty bad for the majority of early game content until she got her in game story buffs, then she became one of the best defensive supports. Basically... its common for protag characters to be bad for a long time in game until story makes them good.

It has been a common agreement within CN players that Skyfire is meh. She was really good early game though. The only remaining players who say Skyfire is good is the ones that didn't really last long playing on the CN servers. I didn't want to talk about Mostima due to possible spoilers. I try my best to cater only to incoming GL players.

Ifrit is top tier. One of the best AOE casters despite her linear AOE. She really just needs to manage to hit 1 cell in front of a defender to be super effective but the more cells the better.

Just a correction. The games attack-def formula doesn't apply to Amiya. She is spell damage so it's calculated as a percent reduction. As a result, she gets no negatives from having her S2 split up into 7/8 shots.

Eyja has short-duration S3 but she has high atk speed during that time and also a huge range ultimate and can atk front and back while SilverAsh maybe has long duration skill but he needs to beware of squishy enemies because his defend becomes -70% during Silver slash, sometimes my SilverAsh die during that skill duration when being hit by a high damage operator. that what makes this game balance

Amiya is a single target caster which can be useful, she can't be compared to AOE casters. Skyfire Gitano is fine as your AOE casters but note that they are more expensive to build than Lava.

If the timing doesn't matter, S2 is much more powerful.

@@LisaraScarlet so since normaly it takes 100 seconds cooldown, now on E2 which adds 2 sp per hit making it needs 50 hit (1 hit equals 1.6 seconds, and not counting kill who also means 4 hit) to reactive the skills which mean it takes 80 seconds? Edit: with her last potent making it 52.8 seconds and not counting kills which will be 3 hits

I strongly recommend the 3* caster Steward. First, he is really powerful. His talent "attack the enemy with the highest defense" is so strong, it prevents him from wasting time on those low defense enemies. His talent is definitely the strongest talent for a caster since caster class is designed to clear the high defense enemies which cannot be easily hunt down by most of the snipers and guards. Second, in his E1 he unlock his base skill that can speed up 25% for all kinds of producing. So for those players who don't have Ejyafjalla, Steward is definitely a great choice. He doesn't cost you too much money or materials to leveled him up, even when you got Eyjafjalla and don't need him to fight anymore, he can still work in your base.

And I also want to mention 12F. He is a 2* aoe caster, which means he's REALLY LOW COST and really easy to level up. he can be used from 0-2 chapter, and CE-5. And since his talent is 50% to miss the physical attacks he can be the last one to placed to attract physic enemies (such as Faust in 5-10) (Actually not many CN players use Lava since she is not really strong or low cost. And she got such a long action between aiming and firing which is so annoying)

​@@_uryan9987 I think you meant some CN players do not use Lava because I know alot of people who uses Lava. Also, she does the job and that's what matters even if her attack animation looks annoying. Her high initial SP is also pretty nice because at max, she can immediately use her buff only after 2 basic attacks. This means she can be an immediate source of AOE burst when needed and doesn't have to be stationary. I understand that you see other operators useful but that doesn't automatically mean that the other options are bad. That's the beauty of Arknights.

@@LisaraScarlet xD At the moment, Im using Saria, Liskarm, Silver Ash, Vigna, Zima, Gitano, Skyfire, Melantha, Kroos, Amiya, Silence and Ptilopsis.. Tho i interchange one of em with Jessica in case of need of anti air.. Thoughts about this? I also dont think i would need Hibiscus with those 2 medics present Also, should i start focusing on Angelina and Pramanix? I prepared the skills of Shaw and Rope to be level 4 too.. Note: Every unit mentioned except Rope Shaw and Pramanix are all E1 level 30~50
