Any high DPS operator can do it with that amount of buffs. La Pluma is strong and cute, but that amount of damage is a team effort. If you bring DPS operators instead of the buffers/debuffers you can also force the golems.

The reason why she's broken is because the effect of buffing her attack if enemies' HP are below 50%, giving her a total of +120% attack (skill2) with -50% attack interval. Her low attack stat means nothing when you have Skalter along with other buffers and debuffers.

@@user-dr1dl8of7h Targeting is not that hard, Just puts the thunderstorm on the enemy with the highest base HP in his [3tiles in all cardinal directions] range. I would say his usefulness is on par with Coebe, the problem with Casters is that one goat is too powerful..
