Shu is one of twelve aspects of a practically godlike being, with each one representing a traditional craft/artform - and in her case, it is indeed agriculture you've seen her brother Chong Yue in the Vernal Winds teaser, who represents martial arts, and her sister Ling in the Invitation to Wine teaser, who represents poetry

Makes sense because compared to timeless crafts like paintings and poetry that leans to tradition and history (older/ancient painting tend to be valued more), agriculture as a craft that is valued heavily on its latest development (tractors, special seeds etc etc)

And not just the most high-tech agriculture, the modern techniques that got developed for harsher climates or environments with very little access to special equipment are also signs of advancement in the craft, ala Dave Brandt with agricultural conservation! The chorus part (tee o o) is basically poetry way of writing Storm Is Approaching.

The part where the song repeats "Tee Orh Orh, Bei Lor Orh" translates roughly into "the sky is dark, it is about to rain", and this originates from an old chinese folk song that revolves around a family and their reaction when it is about to rain. This very catchphrase also inspired other derivative chinese songs with completely different scenarios and emotions, so it's quite interesting for people who understand chinese and keep up with their culture. If anyone is interested, paste "Tee Orh Orh, Bei Lor Orh" into a search engine and the top few results should be the songs the original catchphrase came from, and if you are interested in a derivative work, you can look up Stephanie Sun's Cloudy Day as well.

All of the music tracks in Shu's event are amazing, I think it's become one of my favourite Arknights events because of the soundtrack alone (plus I love the characters designs, the story, and everything!) And nice video, it helped me appreciate this song even more

I don't know the dialects well at all but i heard it as equivalent to 'ye olde English'". I assume it's a dialect that feels very proper and traditional, not modern

​@CatharsisYT hokkien is one of the more southern dialects which makes it more distinct from mandarin which is from the northernmost parts of china. and I believe it is also closer to older chinese than mandarin itself (not too certain) so your analysis is rather correct.

As others said, Hokkien (Fujian in Mandarin) is a southern "Min" language that has been less influenced by the conquest dynasties centered in the north - the Yuan (Mongol) and Qing (Manchu) dynasties. They are pretty different from "standard" Chinese, that are often unintelligible - comparable to pre-Norman English maybe?

It wasn't actually officially released on yt, instead they aired it to cap off their annual Spring Festival Gala, which is essentially a film festival for Arknights fan creations. You can find it pretty easily on yt just by searching 'shu spring gala' or something similar.
