Iiiikkkk, i just Got one for my birthday Yesterday!!, Im so exited to get started making videos. The only “problem” is that i like to have my iPad mini in horizontal mode, and it is too small for the clamp, but I’ll make it work. Btw I got a cheap phone ring light, and this one from Arkon is 1000% better, the light is really good

That piece that connects to the standing pole and the metal ball joint will NOT attach to the standing pole. I thought i was missing a piece but after watching your video I’m thinking Akron has some dysfunctional qualities to the brand. My pole also is very lose . I find everyone else says it’s really hard to insert into the base. So strange .

My friend got one from amazon that said new and it came with the pieces just loose and some were missing. You could see it was used. They refunded her and she had to Micky mouse it together. Did you have to get a mirror app for it to show up on your tablet?
