In today’s video we pit the ZF GY 1 Pull strategy against the Mara 1 Pull strategy to see which classic wow dungeon farm comes out on top! We compare both of the aoe farms on several criteria with our 60 mage, Oghmage on Bigglesworth Horde. Coming into the competition, I thought there would be a clear winner for both powerleveling and gold farming. I was surprised to see that this wasn’t exactly the case! To find out though you’ll have to tune into the video and check out who wins!
I also included some of the potential loot that can drop from these instances. I recorded all of this information into an excel, and have it linked below in case you would like to reference it, or see which mobs drop which particular loot!
The gold per hour you can receive from both of these farms is amazing. Either way you can’t go wrong farming either of these dungeons to make some serious gold in wow classic!

Any idea why some of the mobs are running through the blizzard on the kill part? I’ve tried placing blizzard in different locations and I still seem to get mobs that pass through it. Any other tips you can offer on the kill phase? It’s the only part I’m having issues with. Thanks!!

Loved the vid, happy that I have learned mara runs because of this. One thing I noticed was that you never had any slimes leashing when you did the mara pull (especially in the area with the 4 trees) so I was wondering, what do you do there to make it consistent? I have always felt like I had little control over if they leashed or not, even with a r1 blizzard on the root up top.

when i do this zf pull for boosting, the mobs are resetting when i aggro them with mount. what do i wrong?

In about 7k gold from ZF the more noteworthy drops have been 3 Bow of searing arrows, 4 blazing emblems and 1 flurrry axe from scarabs. Apparently edgemasters can drop from scarabs too.

Hey im having troubles with mobs evading or disappearing in the mara one pulls where you drop off the ledge and use your first blizzard to group them over the tree root, the bore snakes and sludges literally disaapear and reset back to there initial spawn spot, ive tried looking for the specific spot but cant seem to pinpoint it was wondering if you have ever experienced this. Just to note i know if you get too far ahead the imps and satyrs they can reset but this is different they just disappear completely and it does not happen every time only sometimes and i'm thinking there is a spot to not stand when you do the first blizzard but i cant seem to find it.
