Yep genshin/honkai writers are masters of writing sympathetic "villains" that do stuff for a good reasons there are few really bad people btu Arle in general is a pretty good person if very harsh and not affraid to murder or traumatize a person, but her general motivation is to prep the orphans she raised in a spy assasin school to care for thsmelfs in case she is gone or dies
