This is a short, 10 minute yoga vinyasa style flow that ends with Wild Thing pose. The sanskrit name for this pose is Camatkrasana.
This flow is meant to build strength and practice balance and focus. You can practice these postures daily and if you cannot do the full expression of each posture that is okay! This is a practice, you can slowly and steadily practice less challenging postures and maybe work up to this. If you want to practice a more gentle, short flow, please see my other videos here.
