how would you affect the arm with the wrap? for example the wrap is tight around forehand squeezing the mesh inward when the wrap is not applied the mesh returns to shape?

My character is rigged and weight painted, so I applied the modifier and transferred the weight paint data to the arm wrap, so that it deforms correctly when the arm bends.
