This technique is just dangerous for her (first clip) Yes it benefits you in terms of winning, as you are pitting the pressure not on your muscles and tendons but on bones and ligaments (they are more stable) but if the man were something else than just your regular office guy, the arm could've been snapped and spiral fracture hurts and takes a LOT of time to recover.
