I really appreciate you also showing Alex’s strength exercise numbers as well. Not as high as the younger brother but Alex is still a beast of an arm wrestler. It’s been awesome watching these brothers progress in arm wrestling. Neither brother is cocky or disrespectful to there opponents. Props 🤜🤛 to you both!

I enjoyed seeing the strength in different arm positions. It’s so good to have an objective machine that can identify both strengths and weaknesses. This allows the athlete to strengthen identified weak ranges of motion so that opponents can’t exploit this weakness. I would like to of seen certain movements done for 20 seconds and see the readings at 5, 10, 15 and 20 seconds to determine staying power especially in top roll and defensive holding positions. I wonder how diet, such as carb loading an hour before testing would affect endurance. I know in bodybuilding diet greatly affects the body’s ability to endure longer workouts. I hope to one day meet you two when you are in the US. God bless.

This channel is one of the reasons I know anything about this sport (that along Devon Larratt videos with Shaq and The Mountain). It's fun to see Schoolboy progressing and it would be really interesting for me to know how does he compare to guys like Levan, Denis and Devon. I don't expect him to be as strong as them right now, but Schoolboy has a lot of years ahead of him of training and his evolution thus far seems insane. It would be really awesome to see him become one of the GOATs of this sport
