Intresting note about keeping your hand behind your back liket that, its acctualy preferable to keep your hand at the edge of the table as it helps to prevent injuries and sprains. Holding the table end will stabelize your body, lower the tension in your main hand and help you from turning your torso left or right while your arm does not. Its acctualy one of the rules in pro. arm wrestling that you have to "hold the table."

Nice video! However it is obvious that your hand has a larger angle between forearm and bicep and this puts you aways in a disadvantage. You need to either find a smaller table or put something (a small book) under your elbow in order to close a little bit the angle.

I think the table you were using was way too long, making you have to sit too far apart and reach too far forward for a proper arm wrestling match. Your upper arm was almost horizontal making it really hard to get any leverage! Anyway, loved that you are arm wrestling a non-gym guy in a non-gym setting! Please keep them coming!

You need to make sure you have a good table where you arent leaning over. He has more leverage cause hes taller, his torso places him naturally higher, where as you have to reach out to meet him.

When you start an armwrestling challenge with a guy(stronger than you) you have to bring your shoulder closer to your hand and you have to turn your wrist. Only in this way can you win. This guy really has great biceps
