Excellent video, fellas. Your explanation of scapula position explained why my backpressure/ rise would never synchronize with my cup/ side pressure. I was rolling my shoulders forward and squeezing my elbows inward with my lats trying to activate a drag, but because of your explanation, I can understand why that position was negating the strength of my rise and hammer-style back pressure. My bicep and elbow are left vulnerable in that position despite all the lat drag and cup I thought was benefiting me. Great video. Useful information. Keep working hard fellas.

Greetings from Perú, I speak english :D Im training for about 3 months and my trainer doesnt tell me any tips for the setup. So even if i'm strong, i feel like i'm losing since the beggining of the match because a lot of pullers have more experience than me in setup. I feel like i already lost my hand before the "go". My trainer doesnt know how to train lol. So im watching this type of videos and i find them very educational. Thanks for sharing this gold information.
