that's because they're bullets passing by, breaking the sound barrier in the process. If you've ever heard the space shuttle re enter the atmosphere you hear a loud boom or two. It's the same thing but on a smaller scale....going past your head.

Well I hope to be fighting with you in Arma 3 soon! :) So some answers: 1. Domination that I've seen (I play on 7th Cav Realism server) is SIMILAR but not the same as all the bits aren't there yet. Still AO full of baddies, radio towers, and the like. You can see some of that in this video (The side mission spawns) 2. Yep, I play 7th cav for instance but there are plenty. 3. Just a normal multiplayer server. The "Dominion mode" IS a co-op mission.

That said, ArmA does have its problems: 3rd person POV and the scroll-mouseclick-GUI. There should be one that is more intuitive, e.g. a radial menu that can be accessed more easily.

I like to think of BF4 as an Arcade Style Multiarms Combat. You've got your Arcade Shooters, like Counter Strike, your Arcade Style Armed Combat, ASAC, like COD, and you've got your ASMC like BF4. Than there's Combat Simulators. THAT'S what ArmA is. Combat Simulation.

It's a simulation, transformed into a more gaming style. There is no category for simulations. By default, it is put under the category of GAME, but in actuality, it is a simulation.

Ive said it before but Ill say it again. You need to find a couple of combat marines and set up a few more larger scale operations with intersecting fields of fire and all. I love it more when you have your squads but you gotta get some more team mates to run with too. Just could be good to try for future videos. I know I find friends that are military and kill more that way.
