I played something like this in Arma 2 maybe 7 or 8 years ago with my friends, and it was crazy. Different military units and vehicles randomly spawned, so it was always different, and it was crazy after the first couple of hours

you can take this idea, but it might be unbelievably hard to pull off properly.... Team vs Team. Cops and robbers. Cops break into and bust up a meth lab or smuggling operation. Standard Team v Team fair, everyone is only told this is TvT. Then... Zeus moderator introduces zombie hordes about 5minutes into the firefight. Decision dilemma ensues... Do we do our job/Resist the cops to the bitter end? Or do we call truce and deal with the horde mid-firefight? Can we trust each other to the end of the mission? Cops have the firepower, but smugglers have the on ground transports ready to go. Victory Flags would be Cops Win/Survive Robbers Win/Survive Survivors Win Everyone Dies... Horde wins.
