The Su-25 is called the "flying tank" for its ability to survive air defense attacks. 😉 There are many stories about this, one of which says that during a special counter-terrorist operation in Chechnya mechanics upgraded the weapon pylons so that unguided missiles could be suspended not only forward but also backward (aimed backward). Thus, this dive attack aircraft would strike forward, and on the exit of the maneuver, guided by the mirrors - fired backwards 😜.
