Ahhh, I now remeber that this is the video that inspired me to buy Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA even though my PC could ony run Arma Cold War Assault smoothly. I spent so much of my childhood in the armory doing random missions at 30fps 720p on a small 4:3 monitor. I really wish Arma 3 had an Armory like in the previous Arma series, atleast I have dynamic recon ops scenarios but they are not the same thing :(

I feel the same. Operation Flashpoint / Cold War Assault always had this aesthetic to it i cannot get tired of. Arma 2 is very close to its charm just more detailed, but Arma 3 has a completely new polished look i somehow never liked as much. There's just something about the atmosphere it lacks for me. What proves it more is people made genuine remasters of the campaign and single missions from OFP and yet it doesn't feel the same.

@@TowerWatchTV Arma CWS had a much browner colour palette, Arma 3 is more realistic in the fact that it's not artificially made darker. I usually set my missions during the evening/morning and cloudy so it's still a bit darker

When you max out a game youre expected to use the standard 1080p output, otherwise it wont show the possibilitys of a game and since 1080p is the standard right now it seems dumb to say, ''hey i maxed out GTA IV with ENB mods and texture mods and i only used a HD6670 so go buy it! you dont need those pesky ''gaming cards'' they arent necessery for maxing out any game.''

@marquette93 Not at all, the closest thing in ARMA that is like GTA is roleplaying and yet that is still not close. You can be a cop, gun dealer, drug runner, terrist, pilot, bus driver, ore miner, hunter, assasin etc... the list goes on

Yes, it fires the Hellfires and it has a laser designator . and yes you can use it in the free version of arma 2

@JAMMYDODGER651 Yep. You can drive all the vehicles, fly all the aircraft, fire all the weapons in the game. And the best part is that there are plenty of user made add-ons (from WW1 fighters to Battlestar Galactica ships) for the game, so you can actually use more vehicles than shown in the video.

Maxed out means all settings at max settings wich makes you a fool for basicly thinking that you can max any game on almost any computer, i mean 1080p monitors are so damn cheap its almost dumb not to get one if you play games or watch movies.

@reddragon56789 Helicopters can airlift vehicles, even destroyed vehicles. The C-130j which is the biggest plane in the game is rather usless, it cannot load atvs or anything but can load ammo boxes. And in terms of the seating yes you can sit in every passenger seat, off the top of my head i think the black hawk can hold 6 peopleish.

It's an M113 armoured personel carrier (APC), some APC's have guns, some don't. In this case that M113 didn't have a gun on top of it. It's usually a 50. cal machine gun

Yes the MQ-9 Reaper. Its hard to get in though, everytime If I really want to use it, I spawn it in the editor. Its really not that good.. Semi hard to fly because it doesnt behave like the other aircraft, feels like an RC plane
