Arma and DayZ are two completely different games. I don't even think they should be compared. however, DayZ would have never existed or been put to thought without Arma's massive Modding community. Both are excellent games. I play the hell out of both of them and will continue to do so for a long time. I'm glad to see that the consoles are getting their chance at milsim based games. Now if PlayStation could just loosen up their tight policies and allow modding to hit the community for both games they would explode with limitless depth. keep doing what you're doing man. It helps shed light to these styles of games. keep it up!

Just play on performance mode. On fidelity its targeting 30 but is choppy as hell. I could see why people are complaining. 60fps is super important for games like these..

@@dalegribble7125other thing I’ve just seen is the official servers have a 48 player cap which on a map this size is just daft, it will be ages of no action. But the other servers with larger player counts are laggy as hell!

I play on Xbox. Weird seeing the little PlayStation logos next to all the team names. We just see names. Do the Xbox and PC player have a different logo as well? Happy you PS5 guys are here!

Arma series has campaigns. Idk Arma reforger but looks like a multiplayer game with mods.

There is some screen tearing but not consistently for me. I think overall it's been a really positive exp. It helps a lot to play with some people you know as well.

@@css8636 I havent been able to get into one of the 128 pop community servers because the queue is ridiculous. Honeslty a full 48pop is just fine, and if you want more PVP just play on the Arland map instead.

@ I still use performance I just have to put up with the screen tearing I personally can’t play on fidelity fps is to low I just hope they fix the issue in an update soon still a great game though

Just got it for ps5 myself and have been waiting for years!! Xbox/microsoft isn’t having exclusive games anymore going forward as the console wars is over with PlayStation consoles still having their exclusives

@@toubiiiez I’m running it on the original ps5 some servers are unplayable so play on servers close as possible to your location. It’s a great game but no doubt needs a bit of work well worth the $60

Have been dumping serious play time into arma lately. Is easily the best in it's league, but not without a few major issues. The frequency of DC'ing / server crashing is unacceptable at this point. Bohemia needs to work OT and drop some compatability and connectivity patches. Otherwise, when it works, it fucking WORKS.

in theory - there should be some kind of sergeant that gives orders to cover some movements, step by step, take this position, take this position etc 😂 its not like you just hanging around with fellas 😂

Well it can take some time getting used to things. Most of what i did when i first started was just following people to see what i should be doing. If someone hasn’t played games similar then its gonna be harder
