It is said that TGF-B is the cytokine that is responsible for classwitching into IgA, not IL-5 or IL-6. Is this true?

Yes. IL-5 is responsible for activating eozinophiles, and IL-6 is a proinflamatory cytokin responsible for T helper 17 differentiation.

I think that IgA class switching is resulted from the presence of regulatory T cell which secretes TGF-B

Isnt MHCII what recognizes CD8 lymphocites?

MHC1 - CD8 MHCII - CD4 I use this to remember it: 1 x 8 = 8 2 x 4 = 8 So if the numbers multiplied equal 8 I've associated the right MHC class with CD number.
