People underestimate how nasty these old 250s are. I have a 2015 yz250 and I just bought an 03 kx250. I like the kx more and it’s 12 years older. Suspension is set up perfect and it’s a little smaller than that yz so it’s more comfortable. Super torquey as well

early 90s with mods esp long rod or nolan were probably the fastest of 250 yz stroke bikes I’ve ever ridden. tear your arms from the sockets at low end. I still have my 98 yz250
