Hi Lewis have you thought about writing a book about past experiences that could be read by young people to steer them away from crime? You really come over as a nice respectable young man with a moral compass and I think if young people listened to you that would have a massive influence on them of keeping them away from crime, I am sure are going are going to work out well for you Lewis be patient and bide youre time and goos luck in the future.

Really interesting podcast hearing the ins and outs about crime that ive always wondered about. Lewis seems a likeable guy. Its sad how history repsats itself , if you look up to your father you try to be like him, that has cost lewis huge chunks of the short life we have. Not seeing your baby grow up is the big punishment though. At least he can hopefully stay straight now and enjoy life. The buzz of commiting crime and fast money is not worth the risk of being locked in a box. Get help mental health. 🙏💙

Mate, I had PTSD REALY bad. What saved my life was a type of hypnosis done by my gp after she retired. It's called rewind therapy, human givens. I had hallucinations and intrusive thoughts. I had it for 10 yrs. After 5 sessions, it stopped...I was shocked! I'd tried EVERYTHING! My trauma was caused by very similar things to you. I also had other things that started basically from birth. I knew it was finished when I was 30 but i was 34/35 before i was sick to death of it and realised that id turned into an animal and scared people, which was a horrible realisation. Im in my 50s now and when i look back i can't believe I'm the same person that did all that madness. Drama is like kryptonite to me now. Anyone who wants to be a criminal is delusional! Millions went through my hands and I too came out of it with practically nothing. It's a mugs' game. TV and film lie to you. In reality, being a criminal is a mixture of delusion, boredom and fear... and, of course, regret. Lots and lots of regret!

Find it difficult to listen to these sorts of interviews.....sounds a bit too much like self-congratulations and deification of criminals. Good you turned your life round, but plenty people were as poor and had as poor role models as yourself and still managed not to rob banks, bash people and what not. Seems a likable guy and really just a normal dude tho. Listening to the way English gangsters talk is difficult as well....kind of grates on the ears a bit after a while, like it's some sort of grime song.

Fair play for taking responsibility for your actions when you could've blamed your old man. I blame my old man, when I was younger my mum and dad were going to Spain and getting strapped up with hash i saw all the amounts of hash and then later the amount of cash and right then there I knew I wanted to be a criminal. I had all he best clothes and the best trainers 10/15 holidays every year , half the holidays were to pick up hash in Spain. I suppose they did well and quit while they're ahead. My dad was buying nice cars and clothes and I thought that was what I wanted

Dodge get Martin Larner (Dj) he will tell you about the garage scene from day 1 .. from a DJ / promoting side which he was instrumental in (liberty club coliseum/ exposure / garage nation/ twice as nice…. But between me and you try and get him to talk about the grittier bits ie security wars, Gang issues , police pressure , big big name gangsters pushing their bits in his raves possible extortion and protection threats with etc! He never gets asked or really mentions it! I know for an absolute FACT all of this were a big issue… look into it 🙌🏼
