You better pay up deadbeat, or risk going to jail for non payment of child support anybody can make a baby, but it take a man to raise a child it is sad men impregnating their girlfriends, and wives, and not supporting their children financially this is a crime shame.

I can tell it's more to this story. The defendant just couldn't keep his emotions together enough to tell the other side. And he was unprepared for court.

Judge Mathis I know of a family member who has custody of his children and the mother who lost custody was still receiving child support, and the father was and still fighting to get child support.

The defendant is clearly a liar the audio alone shows it … he’s obsessed with the mother that’s why he showed up at her wedding … he said he has a “plan” and that plan involved the son posting the pics

My son's mom got 13 years of child support from me and of those 13 years he lived with me 8 years and she was still getting support.

I don't know about this, but I'm in the military. On 2 separate times my children went to their father for a year at a time, I paid child support. Fair is fair.

It's so important to have a Lawyer on retainer so these unfair situations don't happen UNLESS you made some kind of agreement with her to avoid the court system

That's laziness. All it takes is a trip to the courthouse with evidence to get off child support if you actually have physical custody. It's stupidity to let years go by and not take it to court.

I believe the stepfather beat the son and the father did try to use the son to set them up. He shouldn't be a dead beat dad.. Either way it's so sad that the little boy is in the middle.
