I don't know about this, but I'm in the military. On 2 separate times my children went to their father for a year at a time, I paid child support. Fair is fair.

It's so important to have a Lawyer on retainer so these unfair situations don't happen UNLESS you made some kind of agreement with her to avoid the court system

That's laziness. All it takes is a trip to the courthouse with evidence to get off child support if you actually have physical custody. It's stupidity to let years go by and not take it to court.

The defendant doesn’t want his son because he loves him, he wants the boy to get back at the mom. Which is a sick thing to do. Probably tells the son all the time I miss you, we going to spend time together just lies.
