It was made clear in the opening - the plaintiff was busting pedophiles.... it's no coincidence that the smear campaign specifically accused him of the exact same thing. This is what lawyers do - doctors, cops, Hollywood personalities....it is very common in the elite, above the law, crowds (as well as in poverty circles, but the ratio of bad vs good in the upper class is at a disgusting proportion!)

This is a fantastic example of culpability when truly defaming someone’s character through harmful/negative rumors that’s spread on the internet! A lot of teens, twenty somethings and occasionally older individuals who behave like high school mean girls get themselves into a lot of trouble when bullying someone he/she hates on the internet! There’s no excuse to lie against someone, misuse photos by photoshopping pics or using a pic that when taken out of context can really hurt another’s career, emotional/mental health, relationships, etc. even their life. Very happy this poor guy was vindicated to some degree just by confronting one of the involved in the smear campaign against him!!!

They're both under a gag order pending another lawsuit in civil court, and the defendant's prosecution in criminal court, which was also pending. I need an update on the civil/criminal cases, and whether the lawyers were put in prison. Israel will not extradite their citizens to any other country where they're prosecuted, due to a law. I forgot the name of it. That's why so many citizens that hold dual citizenship in Israel and another country flee to Israel to avoid prosecution based on that particular law. They know the prosecuting country will fight for years to get them back.

The defendant is arguing that he has no responsible because the client was providing the information. But if someone paid him to beat someone up he cannot argue that he should not face consequences because someone else was the one who wanted the person beaten up. What is with these litigants that they always want to approach the bench to hand in evidence when the bailiff is clearly there to take it for them??? They've never watched a single TV court show???

They have security and a lot of other people on the set. Douglas McIntosh who play the 'Bailiff' is an actor primarily (he had audition for the show and have acted in other shows/films since) though I've seen him grab people and hold people apart if they are cray cray.
