Did you not watch the whole video or something? The officer clearly said the man refused to put the weapon away. He was approaching the officers. He was approximately 10 ft away or so when he was shot. It sounds as if he got what he wanted. He had the option to put the weapon down and chose not to. It seems pretty straightforward if you ask me. We haven't seen the body cam footage yet, though, so who knows.

He was walking away from two police officers and then two police officers showed up in front of him meaning he was walking away from two officers and walking towards another two officers. In the video it says the suspect approached meaning he was walking towards them and the two officers that showed up asked him to put his gun down and as he got within 10 ft of them they shot him because he was walking towards them. Two cops were behind him in two cops were in front of him

But here's the part you missed two other cops showed up and they were in front of the suspect The suspect was walking towards those two police officers and as he was approaching them meaning walking towards those two officers he got within 10 ft and did not put down his gun so they shot him. Not so smart of a person there were four cops on the scene to behind him and two in front of him he was walking towards the two cops that were in front of him. Sorry but according to statistics there's a very very low chance that the shooter was white. Since greenspoint is 43% Hispanic and 21% black and 2.8% white.
