Investigations will decide what it will be. Latest news here in Denmark is that this man is known to have mental issues and is known to the police for minor incidents. This man also called a help line to get help shortly before the shooting but noone took the phone at the help line. They are now investigating his social media and where the gun came from. It is not easy to get hand on a gun and rifle in Denmark. One of the victims were 47 years old male another was a 17 years old male and a 17 year old female. It for now looks like he didnt go for any specific people.
