@@lrg7267 Sorry for the long comment guys. But what do you guys think?? Do ya agree/disagree, am I missing anything, am I looking at it the wrong way?? Lemme know, if you care to share your thoughts. i thought the same thing. 43years and he's only 24. Either he had a crazy rap-sheet, or the judge was a racist, or the fact that the guy was a famous football player and wasn't just a random citizen or maybe it was all of the above that played a part into receiving that sentence. No matter what the case, and obviously I'm not a lawyer, but I don't think that was lawful, and his lawyers fucked him over and didn't have his best interest at heart. He clearly doesn't have money if he's out robbing people. That being said I think he might've had a PD (public defender). I think he's going to get re-sentenced in the near future.

Every night, I check all my doors are locked at least 3 times, make sure that the alarm is set, and make sure both my firearms by my bedside is locked and loaded. I have anxiety hearing any kind of noises at night, I used to be a deep sleeper but ever since that incident, that I am no more.

This is about the same line I was thinking Death you it's not snatching a man's life away who don't deserve the life he's given. I don't think anyone is perfect but if my dumbass can stay out of the system anyone with half a brain can. If that sounds cruel, I'm sorry for anyone with a weak stomach for truth. Some people in the other hand really don't deserve to be in there and yes their lives do get snatched away. I'm not speaking of those people. Just the ones that do the crime need the time!

Yo, just wanted to letcha know I watch your videos all the time & I appreciate the content you put on here. I feel like you have a lotta good that you talk about and are really an inspiration to many people, including myself. I say that because you're an example of how nobody's life is set in stone and can't be turned around for the better. Luckily Im at a point in my life where I feel like I've finally matured somewhat and appreciate just not having anything hanging over my shoulders period. It's a wonderful thing , but I do remember when it wasn't this way and the mindset I had, thinking I'd never be able to change and that my life would always consist of trouble because of bad decision making and the simple fact that it's all I knew up to that point. I don't care who you are though or what you've done in the past. a person can change and we all have good inside of us. May be buried deeper inside some than others, because of different things a person may have had to endure growing up or whatnot, but it's there so anyone can turn things around if they want to. But yeah man, I appreciate you and I'm happy for you and anyone else who can turn things around and find a positive way to live their life and take care of their family. We only have one life and every single person owes it to themselves and their loved ones to live that life in a positive light no matter what mistakes we've made in the past. Nothing is worth being locked inside a cage, treated like an animal. Thanks again for the solid content and I wish you and your family all the best man. Respect

Idk. In jail, you have no choice but to act hard. You got to. That's just the world you're in. So half the people in prison put on that facade, even to the point of actually doing scary shit. Its survival. On the streets, I've never done anything to put me in prison...but..I've been on that line where I had to choose. And I was desperate enough to even plan it. AND was willing to go as far as I needed to, to get what I was going for. Had it al planned out. And honestly, the only reason I didnt...was situational. I got lucky. Some other things I was working on hit at the right time But that doesnt happen for everyone. Cause while I'm fixing all the fucked up things in life, a lot of people i knew are still where they were and still trying to climb out. Were all in our late 30s. I've been desperate right along with those other people. And a lot of us were just born in that situation. In those places. With those surroundings. It wasnt our choice. Survival becomes the game. Prisons aren't necessary. Or atleast, not in how its ran now. If they were actually into reforming, and even using their budget to make our communities better with opportunities and programs to limit the people that go, then YES. But for now, its about putting mostly desperate peoppe in a cage together with other desperate people. Survivors with survivors, in a position where they pit their survival skills against each other. Then when they get out, we treat them with disdain, putting them right back into a position to survive again, and so it continues. If prisons actually worked, less people would be going.

It really is terrifying to be in that position waiting on the judge to sentence you. When I was 15 I was charged with possession of a concealed weapon and selling it. I was the LEAST gangster person on this earth, I thought I was such a bad ass but the reality was I was a scared little boy. When my lawyer told me it could be anywhere from probation to 5 yrs or more I never felt that sick in my life. Those last few minutes before the judge sentenced me were the longest of my life.
