I used to have what I thought was a friend move to Las Vegas and commited the same crime, his sister ended up texting me to inform me what happened, he and two other people broke into a 70- year old man's home, tied him up, robbed him of all his valuables, and then shot the man in the head. He was 18 at the time and is in prison for life, threw his life away before it even got started.

I have two young boys and we didn’t find out their gender until they were born and was hoping to have a girl because I wanted my little princess. I know how much love I have for my sons and I hate to say but I can’t imagine the amount of love I would have for my daughter and if someone took her life like these scumbags I would find away to hire an inmate to take their lives in the worst way possible. I'm sorry for your loss. I too had an aunt who was murdered before i was born but found out about the details of what happened and luckily her killer was also found not long after and has been in prison ever since. Considering i'm 31 now i can only imagine he's been there for at least 40 years by now if he's still alive

Her recidivism rate for bites is quite high. However, she's regular with her restitution of kisses when she's paroled for good behavior. My parrot really enjoys watching Lockdown with me. I don't think plea agreements should be allowed in cases like this. It should be one of two outcomes in all 50 states, the "death" penalty OR "hard time". By "hard time" I mean life with NO parole possibility EVER, NO appeal rights, working in the fields supplying the prison food, NO luxury items within the prison, NO visitation, etc, etc, etc.... People don't want to live that way, then DO NOT commit these horrible acts of violence against others.

This is a very sad situation 😭 it breaks my heart for the family 💔. My youngest sister was murdered in her liquor store Mar 2nd 2017 the scumbag was robbing her plus stabbed her in her chest 39 times and bashed her in her face with a wine bottle multiple times. It broke my heart when my niece called me and said Aunt Anne someone beat my mom to death 😭💔 He was sentenced 36 yrs to life, he only got 20 for my sister plus he robbed a metro pcs 2 wks before he killed her which wasn't enough for me. My sister was only 46 & this idiot was out on parole and he was 59 . God bless you for sharing these stories with us I deeply appreciate it and I can relate to them.

I had a plea agreement in Florida. The judge said i wasn't taking it seriously and refused to accept my plea agreement and told my lawyer and the prosecutor to try again lol.

I had one arrest in El Paso and being serious and respectful at all times (plus I had a very good attorney )… I ended up with a very good plea deal that I immediately took. I didn’t do anything as wrong as these clowns… no where near… but I did make it on the local news. Ironically I never saw it since I was in jail… but different CO’s and inmates knew my name and why I was there. Anyway… I got a super sweet deal and I’ve been straight since then. Never again… lesson learned.

My lawyer happened to be an ex state prosecutor and well known, so I took my plea in a heartbeat. Respectfully. Lol. Lessons learned..never again.

As far as the death penalty is concerned, I guess I'm in the minority. Death is the easy way out. I'd rather see them spend life in prison w/o parole. A lifetime of being in fight or fight mode is worse than the release of death. Never a real moment of peaceful sleep, always needing to look over your shoulder 24/7. Possibility of having them cheeks taken. 40+ years of that is real torture.

Oh and try to get pictures of the inside of Montgomery county courthouse in Pennsylvania that is the most badass courtroom I have ever seen in my criminal career it's literally all rows and cherry wood from one end of the room to the other with wall coverings in rosewood and cherrywood and everything interlocks together and it goes all the way up to the ceiling and then the ceiling itself is covered all with intricate carvings crown moldings it's beautiful man see if you can find pictures of that I know you're interested in courtrooms

Seen a prosecutor and a defense attorney come to a agreement of no more than 4 years for a possession case, the judge overturned the agreement because of his multiple priors and gave him 6-20yrs. He was looking sick after the sentence

I met both of these goons in the Wayne County jail. I was trustee in 2022 and passed them clothes and sheets once a week… never know why they’re there tbh, all I know is they were on the old side of the jail in the more secure units.

She must have recognized them or something because these guys would have to be absolute monsters not to mentioned idiots to tie her up and shoot her over entering the wrong house, they could've just turned around like you said and if she would've came forward after they would've gotten B&E at the most. So tragic it had to end the way it did, I was reading about her and she seemed like such an all around amazing person, just by looking at her you can tell she had a contagious personality and smile, so very sad. The irony of some of these guys is absolutely ridiculous, they just took someone's life and they flip out when sentenced to a long bid or even death and they are all like "but your honor you're throwing my life and future away"....bro really you just ended an innocent persons life and you have the audacity to bitch about what happens to you? (Not just talking this case in particular, sadly you see it alot in murder cases...no accountability whatsoever.
