Then, decided traumatizing myself was the best choice and to this day, I panic in cold sweats and look like death incarnate anytime a cop pulls me over. SMH. I moved from Cleveland Ohio to Jacksonville Florida, lived in Florida for 6 years. In Florida, you get what justice you can afford. I've seen a person get 5 years for attempted 2nd degree murder and battery on a person aged 65 or older. He took a plea and had just got out of prison right before that, he had a decent private attorney. And I've seen a kid with no prior record get 12 years for armed robbery with a fake gun, because he had a public defender. Think on that.

@roosterj2599
@roosterj2599 3 жыл бұрын
@@cesarg2768 I know all about that trouble now. Lol! Just when I thought I was skating through probation and was on minimum supervision they showed up to do a random home visit based on allegations made by my estranged, evil wife who I was going through a divorce at the time. I had our son and he didn't want to live with her. She decided to use probation against me and it worked. She told them I had a stockpile of guns and drugs and that I was holding my son hostage and giving him drugs to keep him quiet. They searched mine and my fiance's bedroom and in the back of her closet under a bunch of clothes they found a locked wooden box and got it open and there was a small coin collection and a. 22 pistol. One of those small cheap ones. I got arrested and booked in jail and 2 days later lost my son to his mother. I was stuck in jail and ended up having to see the judge and got 30 more days. It was a mess. The DA didn't charge me for the gun, felon in possession. The cop that booked me told the DA that I didn't even know about it. He was cool. 60 days later I got out. My son was with his mother who was packing her stuff and his to split town so she didn't have to honor the custody agreement attached to the divorce that was final before I got out. I was devastated. My fiance hung in there. She kept money on my books and visited me twice a week religiously. I guess a lot of good came out of it all. The female PO that bought all the lies my ex wife told her ended up getting fired because of me and later died of covid last year. Crazy.

I had this same reaction in front a Magistrate when he threw out what would have been a 3rd Felony. Drug charge. The Magistrate and the ADA must have been having a back and fourth all morning because the Magistrate threw my charge out, argued with him, balled up my paperwork and literally threw it on the ground in front of the ADA. When you give 3 years to an18 or 19 year old that seems like a life sentence to them. When you give 3 years to a 40 or 50 year old that is not bad at all! This dude has the facial expressions of a guy who has an IQ of 65, I think he fainted because he heard the judge say a couple of different numbers and his math skills weren't adequate enough to know how long he was going away for.

I think your right and I'm taking it that your math skill are adequate or at least better than his so this should be easy. Question. For a project in home economics class kirk is make a table cloth for a circular table 3 feet in diameter the finished table cloth need to hang down five inches over the edge of the table all the way around to finish the edge of the table cloth, kirk will fold under and sew under 1 inch of the material all around the edge. Kirk is going to use a single piece of rectangle fabric that is 60 inches wide. What is the shorter length of fabric, in inches, kirk could use to make the table cloth without putting any separate pieces of fabric together? is it A.15 B.24 C.30 D.42 E. 48 @5DollarShake I think its an easy one that a guy with a better IQ and better at math like yourself can do easily. Thx I'll be waiting 👍🙏
