The disbarment simply means removing a member from the BAR association and while in many jurisdictions membership is a requirement to practice law in some (Oregon and Washington) it is not. There is not one Jurisdiction that requires judges to be members of the BAR. Judges don't even have to Lawyers, they are either appointed or elected. For SCOTUS to recommend disbarment that would be like you and I telling the people of Brazil they should elect Joe Biden President using a set of soup cans linked with a string.

I’m tired of hearing about these cases. The Trump DOJ should withdraw all ATF cases immediately. The ATF should be disbanded. Individual citizens should be allowed to sue any politician for violating their U.S. Constitutional Rights not only civilly but also such cases should be filed a federal felonies. Which has commercial regulations for trading international with foreign countries for revenue as U.S citizens/employees of The UNITED STATES (corp) operating private businesses have rules and legalities internationally. Commercially carrying weapons across the border for trade is lawful if regulated. America gives original old school constitutional laws for that type of business under 2A bear-arms purposes. Once you become an employee of USA. U.S citizen (de facto) LLC holder/ FFL You have privileges in business internationally derived from the Constitution and individual liberties for 2A entrepreneurship. The argument is if "business" is commercial or whether private determing the privileges and rights granted through contracts with U.S foreign commercial corporation statutory commercial business laws that protect people from misunderstanding how to properly trade international commercial freight financially under control warranty.
