Its more to do with the fact he’s been around since Tekken 1 and a lot of characters share moves. Like Heichachi having Paul’s death fist essentially

There is no lore reason. For the sake of making characters cheap they just added a lot of shared moves. AK used to be mishima/king hybrid since Tekken 1.
