I bought this game, tried this boss for about 10 times... Failed. Returned the game. Pretty much a BS of a first boss and the ideia: "oh it's to teach you" is BS too. Just bad game design.

I eventually was able to beat the boss. But it didn't require any skill. It just required me knowing how to exploit the gameplay. And the rest of the game waaaay easier. So that's a From Software game? The tutorial boss being harder than the rest of the game and demanding,NOT skill, but just knowing how to exploit some glitch in the gameplay mechanics? Well... That's fuckin' sucks.
