Armstrong County homeowner charged with harassing PennDOT workers

Road rage doesn't just occur between two drivers on a roadway. It can also take the form of workers being harassed while on a job site near a home. KDKA-TV's Barry Pintar reports.

Road crew workers are often uneducated and unable to find other gainful employment. Often times they seem to be in a bad mood and work with a chip on the shoulder as though they understand their terrible disposition yet are too uneducated to do anything about it.

This guy is a clown! These poor road workers! Working in 90 degree heat and they have to put up with this Karen.. i hope that the judge makes an example out of this guy.
