@johnbraucher14993 жыл бұрын
Why does it even matter what size you are, if you go from 260 with a fat muscular body, like a marshmallow man but hard, and then you stay strong and still train but don't eat as many calories, your strength will stay the same no matter what weight you're at, to a certain extent. You do lose a little, but if you do it correctly it should be very minimalistic. I like seeing all people pull myself. It's all good.

@johnbraucher14993 жыл бұрын
Once you train hard for at LEAST a year, and use table time to your advantage, your tendons and muscles get way stronger. After a while you AIM to practice in uncomfortable positions to be ready for any puller on the map. At any given time. Never try this unless you've conditioned correctly.

But, also, he sometimes had aggravating injuries, and shouldnt have been pulling, but decided to anyways. One time he had broken ribs and still tried to pull. Usually, the injuries werent super serious, and not super frequent, really.

@T Virus tendons need at least 3-4 years to get used to "armwrestling loads" cause our body is designed to lift the weight for example but not designed to push sideyways (no matter how hard you try to pull and not push you will probably have to push at some point). so if Hall practises for 3-4 years-sure he can beat pro armwrestlers

why arent there any black people pulling?
@Siberius-5 жыл бұрын
Sam Harris is the current champ in his weight division for the WAL league, and has been for a while. There's always been some black guys who are the absolute top of the sport. Through the 70s 80s 90s... Which is very statistically surprising... since not many black people arm wrestle, as far as it's generally not their scene, and just the percentage of black people at all in such participating countries, is not all that many compared to all the white US pullers, and all the asians and europeans. So it's pretty surprising that from the very few, some have been the best of their time. But as far as just regular lower level competitors, there's still a good number of black people in the sport.

This is a sincere question, so Please, no racist replies.
