Ive been training like a mad man to one day be on east vs west. My lifts are maybe 75% the weight of the big boys. Pronation isolation 50lbs, backpressure while maintaining a rise 80lbs Single arm isolated dumbell curl 90 lbs.. Your channel has helped me come so far. Ive double my weights in just over a year and put on a ton of size. I love love love this channel. Thanks again for another sick workout!

YES plz, more updated trainings explained like this, it helps many of us! and i like to at least slightly vary my workouts, to give at least some muscle confusion, i think it's helpful.

Great vid Ray! would love for you guys to post more workouts :) How long do you usally need to recover after so many sets? How long would you reccomend to recover before another session? Right now i train very similar like this on Tuesday and Thursday and tabletime Sunday. Just worries i dont get enough time to recover between workouts. Thoughts?
