Ive been training like a mad man to one day be on east vs west. My lifts are maybe 75% the weight of the big boys. Pronation isolation 50lbs, backpressure while maintaining a rise 80lbs Single arm isolated dumbell curl 90 lbs.. Your channel has helped me come so far. Ive double my weights in just over a year and put on a ton of size. I love love love this channel. Thanks again for another sick workout!

I honestly believe that Coach Ray is the most genuine, transparent person out there in AW, as far as I can see. Guy has ego but boy he keeps it in check so well, such self-discipline. How many times do you train like this in a week?

Show more for sure ! I think it's good to see how others actually train, and deal with the obstacles they are stuck on . My right shoulder bugs me too - arm wrestling has actually given me mobility back in movements, and has shown me weaknesses I never knew I had

KZbin algorithm boosting comment 💪 ... 1:45 the double loop i need to try that out too, i forgot about it! thanx for the reminder! and i feel i need to get my biceps/hammer stronger by a good amount. YES plz, more updated trainings explained like this, it helps many of us! and i like to at least slightly vary my workouts, to give at least some muscle confusion, i think it's helpful.

Great vid Ray! would love for you guys to post more workouts :) How long do you usally need to recover after so many sets? How long would you reccomend to recover before another session? Right now i train very similar like this on Tuesday and Thursday and tabletime Sunday. Just worries i dont get enough time to recover between workouts. Thoughts?

You have to manage it there no other way find a ways train smarter, do recovery sessions and don't go hard on table every week

Проблема в том, что на этом канале много упражнений, но ничего нет про прогрессию нагрузок. В чём смысл делать упражнения если в них не прогрессируешь? Программы для прогрессии в бодибилдинге допустим не подойдут к арму. 0 информации в интернете об этом, никто не пытается это объяснить почему-то
