What related civilian jobs can you do with the experience and education of a Transportation Management Coordinator (88N)?

We can work in alot of transportation related jobs such as FedEx or UPS not delivering but in the organization and coordinating sector, keeping everything in tact. Because we learn about packaging hazzardous items we can get hazardous jobs to clean up chemical items

I am currently dealing with a idiot of a Specialist who doesn't understand the difference between a DD1759 and a DD1750. You need to do a better job of training these soldiers. Holy shit.

Slow your roll there. Who you trying to call out? I'm not over anyone, this was about my training time at Ft. Lee.
@rodrigomartinez-im3ih3 жыл бұрын
I don't usually speak up but if you're in a position of leadership than you as a leader need to guide those that are E4 and below. Your duty as a an nco is to guide and mold those soldiers to succeed and make sure they are resourceful for themselves but also for the company as well. As for this kid, he is doing his best. If leadership doesn't step up to guide them then his leaders have failed him.

@@cireolgnamiat9938 not everyone was blessed with a computer growing up and just started learning about these programs just now, if they're willing to learn it should be alright, just say you can't handle being a leader and have no patience
