I feel like "sigma chad" is an oxymoron. A chad is a paragon of virtue and excellence, a nigh-godlike individual yet one who doesn't put down the lesser men around him, instead cheering them on. A sigma male is one who always performs the optimal action for personal gain, other people become either tools to be used or obstacles to tear down. He does not attain excellence to inspire, but instead to socially dominate all in his world.

in the lore heavy is actually a very soft spoken intellectual whereas soldier is a more aggressive balls to the walls psychopath that sort of radiates this gigachad energy despite his low level of intelligence (which is blamed on lead poisoning). This is I assume why they choose soldier.

firstly, Soviet does not mean Russian. the cartoon was made in Kiyv (still Ukrainian) secondly, it was a satirical propaganda of a healthy lifestyle, where on the one hand - hypertrophied strong healthy characters, and on the other - smoking and drinking pirates. cartoon is really good actually ^_^

Honestly, other than his constant deunkness, I think Demo is a relatively sane man, too. In the comics, when not drunk, he holds a normal conversation well. Heck, when Sniper's not killing, the same seems to apply to an extent

the animation is pretty good actually, if you were to watch the film the movement of the characters is pretty energetic, the models are consistent, its not too dissimilar russian treasure island is actually among the better ones of that time and space

Actually, this cartoon was made as a some kind of experiment. Creators used a lot of diferent animation features in a 1 movie. It doesn't suck, because this is a result of a long and very hard work. Of course there are a couple mistakes with animation and sound and the other stuff, but still this movie is mine and many other russian guys childhood. We loved this as a kids and we love it even more as an adults.
