LORD TACHANKA Plus if you look at all of the CoD series prior to MW2. The allies won and lost battles in WWII, but history shows that the allies wins the war. MW2 is the first CoD where the US Army are fighting literally close to home at the East Coast of US.

This will always be my favourite Campaign mission in all of CoD. It's so immersive and overwhelming how much you have to do, from pushing the stronghold like it's Normandy, to gunning in a black hawk, then holding the line with whatever resources you have left is insane. No Call of Duty has given me that feeling, the closest would be Modern Warfare 3 with Down the Rabbit Hole, even then it was pretty far off.

Modern Warfare 2. The mission's called Of Their Own Accord. Takes place in USA and u get in a helicopter sometime near the end but ur helicopter gets shot down and u get wounded. Ur friend gives u a gun but dies and after u run out of ammo u get blinded by a helicopter. After dis, there's a mission called second sun which happens right where dis mission ended. A fellow soldier gives u a gun but he gets shot in the head and dies. Meanwhile, ur in space as a astronaut but an EMP hits which destroys the International Space Station and kills the astronauts. It also causes tons of helicopters to crash and u get to safety. Recently, da game got remastered with better graphics, different animations and even special knife attacks in some missions. Sadly, the guns sound nooby in the remaster :(
