131 Dyno Test... I'm happy with my 2017 Electra Glide Ultra with stage 2 Zipper's 468 cam, Feuling camplate and oil pump, and Feuling lifters. She runs awesome on the highway and around town. Tuned with DynoJet PV... does the job for me. Great video DV. I too am a DV.

Awesome video! By far one of my favorite videos. People will always have peace of mind with a warranty especially if they put a lot of money into the motor. I like to see numbers from other builds. For me it's finding the ride balance for what you want to do with your own bike. It's not just about high HP and Torque.

You guys just made my day ordered a 131 kit with the tts 250 cam but I got the krome works exhaust like cyclefanatic bike goes in like 2 weeks but I might wait a month then will be colder and farmers will have all sh** on the roads in Wisconsin KEEP THE SHINY SIDE UP

131 dyno test. I talked to one of the guys racing a Challenger in the KOTB. He said they are running in the 160s range for power with a 112. Thats race trim, of course. He said they are coming out with 116, 117 and 119 BBKs for the Challenger. I'll be waiting to hear some news. My stage 1 is no slouch. So I can't even imagine what a 119 would bring.

133TQ & 116HP; I had guesstimated 132TQ & 123HP. Great video! Dave at JD Cycleworks knows his stuff for sure. John's (Cycle-Fanatix) '20 RGS "Silverback" with the T-Man 130" build is awesome. What I found impressive (and a credit to Dave's tuning) is John's bike back when it was just a Stage-2 (S&S 475c cam & Khromewerks 2-2 exhaust) before the Stage-4 130 cu. in. build.

Voided 124: Straight Ward Performance stage 2 heads, Mahle Flat-top pistons, S&S lifters and guide plates, bored cylinders, ported throttle body, AIM clutch, and custom tune. 148hp/143ftlbs. Thunderheader exhaust. Not one issue. Warranty isn’t worth keeping IMO. 🤷‍♂️.

Moonshine Harley in Nashville area will warranty their builds for the length of the factory warranty. They have some awesome packages using the best aftermarket performance parts. Last fall I got their 131 inch "Asseater" package on my SGS. Conservative tune dynoed at 150 Tq/162 Hp. It rips obviously. They also offer extended warranty that covers performance builds.

lol good luck with Harley warranty stock 2019 street glide special chrome discolored on the heads and they would not replace them. 9500 miles and it stopped running lost compressing and Harley said i need new heads on a stock m8 now getting a zipper 128 kit with install post to give me around160hp and 160tq.

I have a 131 in my freewheeler and it dynod 125 torque and 115 hp and I told the tech not Dial it up and the front. Tire comes off the ground and back tires spinning just turning the throttle.

131 Dyno test. There got that done. Man, to show what a warranty compliance build will yield, was awesome. My 18 FLHC stg2 is 100% compliant, HD tuner and SE auto tuner, HD 447 cam with freedom 33" fishtails got me 99hp and 115.5fp. Great vid as always. Now a random question, when we're you in PR? I did a 30 day op-fill back in early 2002.

Cam upgrade along with lifters and slip-ons will not effect warranty as long as you stay with the HD tuner.

131 Dyno test I have two builds under factory warranty. My 2020 is at 129 hp and 138 torque, my 2021 is at 131hp and 141torque. Only different between them is the 20' has V/H 2-1-2 with a S/E air cleaner. The 21 has Trask air and Trask 2-1 exhaust. Your numbers seem a bit low. I think there is more in that engine you're not tapping into while keeping it under warranty.

Three years ago I did a stage 3 114 100% warranty build on my Sport Glide. It made the same 116 HP as this stage 4 131. This 131 isn’t dyno tuned yet so I’m sure he will pick up a few. Seems if you are not going aftermarket cam & tune with your 131 you are letting lots on the table or wasting a lot of money parts & labor over a stage 3. However with the new stage 3 119/122 kits MoCo is neutering it with the 447 cam instead of the 498 cam that was designed for the stage 3 and to take advantage of the 11-1 pistons. Just tell your dealership when you order it to have the 447 cam n springs exchanged for the proper 498 cam n springs. Using the 128 stage 4 map (to get the fuel) it should be able to tune out at 120+HP 130+TQ. Again for a lot less parts n labor.

My numbers for giggles and sh!ts 2022 SGS Se131 cr512 cam, stock 114 headpipes decatted, cobra 909 slipons, 64mm tb and manifold and 5.5 injectors, 98 RON (Australian scale) shell v power. MAINLINE DYNO which you are supposed to add 15% to these numbers to compare to a dynojet run. 2.95 correction SAE J607 (19.6⁰c, 1007mBrA, 61% and air density 97.8%) 127.8HP@5762 142.0FtLb@3974 Stock on same dyno 74.5HP@4967 104.0FtLb@3179 Haven't been able to ride it yet. Its still at the dealership. Should pick her up this weekend.

I couldn't justify the cost for those numbers, when you can buy a Sportster 48 for $11,000 off the showroom floor and spend $1,000 on a Hammer 1275 kit that makes more power than the 131. Of course I know this is intended for the guys who want to maintain their warranty. To each their own.

I ride with 2 guys that also have the full Harley 131 build....and they both went to Powervision and 2 into 1 exhausts and both hit low 140's...everything Harley built except the exhausts and the tuner. Question on your Santoro Fabworx Bag Guards...any issues with them hitting your swingarm??? Saw a few guys now that they had impacts to the swingarm from them and I am not sure its the exception or the norm.

You should keep an eye out, as the ones I saw you could definitely see that there were impacts on the swingarm from the bag protectors in the pictures that were posted. I assumed that maybe there were some install issues, as I would have guessed it would be anyone that installed them would see it....but it did make me decide to just do the front crash guard and replace the mustache protector on mine until I am certain... :D .

That's a great idea get a solid foundation and then when the warranty is up build on that Vader is going to be a monster for sure
