Old bodybuilder here… I still remember like it was yesterday when Arnold was on the cover of bodybuilder magazine doing that side chest shot. I couldn’t believe my eyes! You have to remember this is way back in the late 60s. The closest to him at the time and was his equal was Sergio, but Sergio didn’t know how to pose. I was lucky enough to see both of them on several occasions on stage.

no one has the genetic of Arnold, but he is only a simple human beeing. Clear is, that I see today not one who has a comparable body. But sorry his talking about hard work is ridicolous. Everyone can do hard work. But without the God gifted genetics hard work is totally in vain. So instead of beeing proud of your hard work you should thank God that He alone gave you that genetics. Without that genetics you would still today sell chips on a gasoline station.

I was there, you don’t have to listen to me, but you should have heard the crowd they knew it wasn’t his Win legitimately. Shame to end Arnie’s BB Career that way. Better to go natural anyways guys, live longer & healthier. You’d still be amazed how strong & muscular you can get Naturally, just takes the hard work talked about in this video & consistency! Workout ‘smart’, not cheatingly using drugs. Then you’ll know YOU did it !!! not the chemicals with all their side effects.

Would like to have a video included on how 1980 was totally rigged for Arnold. How in 1975 Serge Nubret was told 12 days before the comp he could not compete (because he was good enough to beat arnold that year), and only 'allowed' to compete again 1 day before the comp after having lost 10+ lbs of muscle and seen as beatable by Arnold. Also how tricks were needed to defet Serge Olivia and how Arnolds would be rival in the early-Mid 1970's was conveniently banned from IFBB competition. Arnold indeed had great genetitcs, but i think the full story of what went on would paint a better picture of this man's actual 'greatness'.
