Hi Jose, Which Arnold version you are using? Render device is not available in my system tab to switch into CPU and GPU. I am using 3DS max 2020 and Arnold 5.2.2.1. and GeForce GTX 1080. Kindly let me know how to solve this or how to update Arnold's version.

In the render settings dialog, at the top of the renderer tab. It should tell you if there’s a newer version of Arnold available for download with a link.
