I was proud to give the commencement address to the University of Houston Cougar graduating class of 2017. My message: don't ever call me a self-made man. Once you realize that you are the product of a lot of help, you will acknowledge that you must help others.

Wow! What a speech. I saw Conan over in Toronto at the cinema while visiting from England, U.K. You hardly spoke a word of English; nevermind this sort of speech. You are phenominal. This reinforces why I am not making the kind of progress I'd like to make in all sorts of aspects of my life. As it was from the day I popped out of my mother's womb, I need help and the right kind of help if I'm to progress, maximise my true potential in life and deliver similar help toward others. It can't be done alone. It's very much a team effort. This also tells me that if help isn't where it needs to be, I have to seriously consider moving on. Because life is too short. Thank you sir!
