@@robdotcom71 The original music was copyright free but third parties continually claim it as theirs. I have seen some songs with four different 'owners' in the two years since this video was published.

From early 70's to late 80's The Burdekin was my home, the bridge was our climbing gym the river bed was our mini bike playground, the mill was my first employer.

Which direction is the best, clockwise or anti clockwise when encounter headwinds.

@@3goldfinger I had no problems with the wind across the Nullarbor but the wind in the northern part of W.A. after I left Broome was fairly relentless and apparently that is quite common. I’ll do another lap one day in the opposite direction and report back.

Yeah! Just an observation, you guys ARE Grey Nomads, Join the older bikers/adventurers like me, anyone over 55 is a grey nomad!

You're the bloke who bought the Himalayan 450 weren't you, if so, why didn't you take it?, because Petes on DR650 isn't he?, so the 450 and the 650 would have similar HP, and you would know good the himi would be for a long trip. EDIT: Just read your top comment and saw that this is an old vid, so disregard my comment, anyhow loved the vid though.

@@darrabase1 I started reading and was preparing a reply that talked about time machines etc. Pete’s bike is an original GS by the way. It’s a fun little thing to ride too, nothing like the current behemoths.
