There is a culture of Asians who are very very loud and most often sound like they are fighting. As far as the guards are concerned, they have to be loud because no one gets the message : do not touch the guards, the reins and the horses. Stay your distance. The guards are not statues in a museum or outdoor display. And what is this infliction with the hands? How gauche!

Not sure, but pointing with one finger is rude in some Asian cultures, thus the whole hand gestures serve the pointing purpose. Again, not sure.

I’m sorry about Jason and the car accident. PTL 🙌🏻 he’s ok! I’m sorry, Tawnee, that you were emotional to the point of tears. We all need to cry, at times, and there isn’t a thing wrong with it! I did enjoy the long walk with you, Tawnee! I’m a horse lover, but disabled, so not able to ride. I live vicariously through your great horse riders! I love your rescue mission and feel you are very professional and so good to the horses and other animals. ❤

You have a point, but respect for boundaries is more innate to some cultures but lacking in others. The Chinese, for example, are from a tightly regulated society where manners are only observed if they are enforced with clear penalties.
