Baked Chicken and Dressing#recipe
Ingredients:
1. Chicken Legs
2. Box of Stove Top Dressing
3. 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
4. 9 x 13 Dish
5. Cooking Spray ( Pam)
6. Aluminum Foil
Spray dish. Pace chicken legs in dish. Mix Chicken Soup with Stove Top Dressing and 1 cup of water in one bowl. If dressing looks dry, add a little more water. It should be soupy. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil.
Bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes ( checking halfway). When chicken is 165 degrees, remove foil. Cook additional 5-10 minutes on Air Roast setting (will brown and make top crunchy)

This looks great but the sodium is a no go for folks with BP issues. (Even if using the lower sodium soup). But definitely seems like it would taste great!
