This is BS. Matthew made his choices as I do, and I’m a recovering opiate addict (10 years). Now if the guy sold him some poison and lied to him, then I can understand, but if it was what he intended to be and took too much on top of all the other things he was on, then I don’t know how you can hold them responsible for someone else’s choice. I just don’t think it’s right to blame someone else for this. I wouldn’t blame anyone else if I relapsed and died because of it. Edit: I read a comment saying that Matthew would never want anyone to be held responsible for his death if he overdosed and I just wanted to mention that because I think it shows the great character he possessed despite his monumental struggles. Hence, why they are getting arrested; they got caught selling black market goods. Hope that makes sense.

@@WatchTashi Should we not expect the doctor who prescribed the Ketamine to also know what I've just described and prevent it? Bottom line: He was an addict who was prescribed a highly addictive drug which triggered another active addiction leading to his death. Doctors have certain standards of care they must follow. Medical malpractice claims and/ or criminal charges have occurred because of outcomes like this one.
