'ARREST Warrant Issued For Russian President Vladimir Putin'
The International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Judges found that Putin and his children's rights commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova bear responsibility for the “unlawful deportation” of Ukrainian children.
The court has no police force of its own to carry out the warrants and says it is up to the international community to enforce them.
