You have an opportunity here to teach this crooked municipality to abide by the law and our rights, to the benefit of all of your fellow citizens. AFA nailed it; 1. Start a legal fund for donations. I'll throw in some $, and I bet my fellow citizens would too. 2. Hire a criminal defense attorney. Get the charge dropped. Don't accept a plea bargain, and never trust the public pretender; he is not out to help you. 3. Hire a good civil rights attorney, then sue the city for the unlawful arrest and for infringing on your property. Don't take a settlement, take it all the way so it can build precedent. Luckily our Judicial system still has some integrity. It's a pain in the ass and it might take years, but the little victories add up over time. Eventually we can clean up this very troubled profession and get it back into the business of protecting right and upholding law.

I believe America's biggest problem is not being able to use critical thinking. Why are Americans poor at critical thinking? I am going to always stand on my Constitution and it’s a shame this law enforcement officer is so poorly educated or I really believe just corrupt and works off of feelings. HE WORKS FOR ME!! WORKS FOR THE PEOPLE!!! If they retaliate against me I they have no clue of the backing I have now because of the Constitution, and really Josh doing this interview and showing what actually happened.
