Hello . I will migrate to Montreal as a "temporary worker" with a closed contract. I will go with my family: my wife (open work visa) and my two children (Student Visa and CAQ). In this case, which option should I choose to be able to apply all of them in a single AriveCAN application or should I use a different app for each member of my family? Thanks.

Hello sir , my question is I cannot open my arrivecan I been arrive last March 15 2021 and I already test negative in the airport now I do also 14 days quarantine, now my arrivecan is not updating me like others ,,I also have the code reference of march 15 please give me some advice how to reactivate using my code ?

Yes, one submission per person. If there are two family members, you will need to submit twice.

My Arrive can says my email is incorrect even if I try to creat an account. Why is that?? Should it be downloaded before my flight or even before flight I can access to arrive can?

hmm. That seems like a software glitch of some sort. Have you tried to delete the App and then reinstall it? There should be no reason why it would not accept your email address unless it's been already used.
