Salam sister, I booked the same taxi company because of your recommendation from your first KSA video. Your taxi driver's name is Kashif. He was soooooo nice to us that I requested him every time we reserved that size vehicle. Question: assuming the hotel had your reservation, were you expecting an early check-in?

Aww I’m so glad you had a great experience with them as well. Their staff was amazing! As for the hotel, we didn’t really have any other option as our flight landed early in the morning. We would have gone with the flow, if there was no room available we would have waited. We preferred to wait in the hotel lobby instead of at the airport. I hope that makes sense. When exactly you travel sis, the month and duration of Makkah and Medina itenery (it’s it summer or winter ) how exactly is the weather planning on soon in July … with two kids like u trying to get some ideas on clothing and stuffs…

We travelled in November 2023, 4 days in Madina and 4 days in Mecca. The weather was pretty hot and humid. Insha’Allah will try to post a video about what to pack with kids. If you are going in July definitely make sure to take sunscreen, sun hats and water bottles. It will be very hot. JazakAllah for watching 🥰

Asak, I tried using the Umrah taxi service you shared, they are asking for all passengers passport details, is that something they asked during your booking too. Just checking since I am a bit hesitant sharing this info. Thanks!

Salam! During our trip last year, they did not ask for such details. They only asked for flight details and a picture of my husband for photo identification purposes. Please be very careful sharing your sensitive information. Personally I wouldn't share it. Hope that helps!

Walaikum Salam :) The Van charged us SAR 600 from Jeddah to Madina we noticed the price ranges from 550 to 700 SAR based on the season.

I lost my stroller with Saudi airlines a week ago and made our trip difficult - it wasn’t even in lost and found 😢

Oh that really sucks. I can imagine how difficult it must have been. Our taxi driver told us that there was another couple who lost their stroller too. Its happening a lot, that's why I would suggest to take this cabin size stroller so you always have it. May Allah make the rest of your journey easy.
